Pick Up Information

All pre-orders are picked up at Andy's Creekside Nursery in Vestavia. You will receive an email when your products are ready for pick up.

Pre-Order Policy

ALL Pre-order items will be held for 10 days from the date the "Ready for Pickup" notice is sent. After 10 days, any unclaimed items will be returned to general inventory and made available for sale. Pre-orders are treated as final commitments made in good faith; therefore, no refunds will be issued for items not picked up within the designated hold period.

Due to the custom nature of pre-ordered plants, all sales are final once the item has been picked up or has left our premises. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on pre-order items after pickup.
