The Great Alabama Peach Cobbler Championship 🍑

Do you have the best peach cobbler in Alabama? Put your baking skills to the test and compete for bragging rights in The Great Alabama Peach Cobbler Championship at Andy's Garden Center!

Whether your recipe has been passed down for generations or you've perfected your own signature cobbler, we invite you to join us for a sweet celebration of Alabama peaches, community, and a little friendly competition.

Contest Details

• Contestants must pre-register. Space is limited and entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each contestant may enter one peach cobbler.
• All cobblers must be homemade by the contestant. Store-bought or commercially prepared cobblers are not permitted.
• Peaches purchased from Andy's Garden Center must be the primary ingredient in your cobbler.
• Each cobbler must be large enough to provide at least five samples for the judges.
• Contestants must provide a complete ingredient list at check-in for allergy awareness. Recipes are not required.
• Entries must be delivered between 11:00 AM and 12:00 AM on the day of the contest.
• Judging will begin at 12:15 AM. Late entries cannot be accepted.
• No on-site baking is permitted.
• Entries should arrive at a safe serving temperature. Contest organizers reserve the right to reject any entry deemed unsafe for public consumption.
• Andy's Garden Center is not responsible for returning baking dishes.
• By entering, contestants grant Andy's Garden Center permission to photograph their cobbler and use photos for marketing, social media, and future event promotions.
• Judging will be conducted anonymously. Each entry will be assigned a number at check-in.
• Judges' decisions are final.

Our judges will evaluate each cobbler based on:

• Taste
• Texture
• Appearance
• Overall presentation
