Frequently asked Questions

What Andy's provides and what you can bring.

Andy's provides tables and chairs. Andy's does not provide any decorations, food, utensils, etc. 
Hosts can bring any decorations, food, drinks, utensils, etc. that they want.

Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather (including lightning, severe storms, or unsafe conditions as determined by Andy’s staff), parties may be rescheduled to a new available date at no penalty.

If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit may be refunded.

Weather determinations are made by Andy’s management for safety.

Deposit and Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your requested date and time.

Your party date is not guaranteed until the deposit is received, and confirmation is sent by Andy’s team.

The remaining balance must be paid in full 24 hours prior to the start of the event.

Parties may not begin until the balance is fully paid.

Final miner count and any add-ons must be confirmed prior to the event.

Cancellations and Changes

Deposits are non-refundable except in qualifying severe weather situations noted above.

Date changes are subject to availability.

Andy’s reserves the right to adjust party logistics for safety, weather, or operational needs.
